Deleting your data
Last updated: 27 June 2026
This page explains how to delete the data ZweiHost holds about you when you signed in with Facebook or Google on a shop built with ZweiHost. At sign-in we receive only your name, email, and a provider identifier - see the Privacy Policy.
Important: your data is stored separately for each shop you signed in to. The same Facebook/Google identity may have created accounts on several different shops. Deleting on one shop does not affect the others.
Option 1 - delete your account yourself (recommended)
- Sign in to the shop where you used Facebook/Google login.
- Open your profile → the “Your data & privacy” section.
- Click “Delete account” and confirm. You can also download all of your data (the “Export” button) first.
On most shops deletion happens immediately and you are signed out. On some plans the request is queued for the merchant to confirm; the account stays until they action it.
Option 2 - contact us
Email support@zweisoft.com from the address you registered with, and state the shop(s) the request concerns. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and locate your accounts. If you ask us to erase your data across all ZweiHost shops where you used that identity, we will do it centrally, to the extent ZweiHost technically and legally controls the relevant data; where the merchant is the controller and must confirm or carry out part of the request, we will forward it or direct you to them. Response within 30 days. We may retain limited information where necessary for accounting, legal, security or evidentiary purposes.
On Facebook
You can also remove the app’s access from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops future sign-in, but to erase data already stored use Option 1 or 2 above.
On Google
You can also remove the app’s access from your Google account via Google → Third-party apps with account access. That stops future Google sign-in, but it does not automatically erase data already stored on the shops; for that, use Option 1 or 2 above.
