Yes, free of charge. We move products, categories, photos and 301 redirects within 3-5 working days so you keep your Google ranking. Your customers and orders stay with you and move only at go-live.
Do you take a cut of sales?
No. Zero commission on sales. Card fees go straight to your processor (Stripe), and cash-on-delivery has no processing fee.
How quickly can the shop be ready?
Days, not months. The shop itself is ready from the start - what takes time is loading your own products and photos. We help with the initial courier, payment and domain setup.
Which couriers are included?
Econt, Speedy, Sameday, BOX NOW and Pigeon Express are built in - the customer picks an office, an address or a locker at checkout, and the waybill is generated automatically from the order. Pro includes Econt and Speedy, and Business adds Sameday, BOX NOW and Pigeon Express. On Solo couriers are added separately.
How does the shop look on a phone?
Around 9 in 10 shoppers in Bulgaria buy from a phone, so the shop is designed for the small screen first and desktop second. It is not a shrunk-down version of a desktop site.
Are the domain and the data mine if I leave?
Yes. The domain is registered to you and leaves with you. Products, customers and orders export to a spreadsheet at any time - we do not hold your data hostage.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Your shop and its content stay exactly as they are - only the plan’s features and limits change.
What language is the admin panel in?
The panel is entirely in Bulgarian. The storefront itself can run in more than one language if you sell outside Bulgaria - how many depends on your plan.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You get a finished shop and a clear admin panel in Bulgarian - you change products, prices and photos yourself in a few clicks. For everything else, we are right here.
