Download the products export, change the prices in Excel and upload it back - the preview now shows only the cells you changed. Numbers read back exactly, Cyrillic addresses stay, attribute values and keywords with a comma inside are not split, and related products without a catalogue number are kept.
Columns the import recognises automatically (translations, attributes, sections, quantity pricing) now offer "- Not imported -" on the Map columns step - import just the new prices and leave everything else untouched.
New feature
A new product card editor with rows and a compact look
You arrange the parts below the card photo yourself: title, short description, price, stock and button sit in rows, one or two parts to a row, each row aligned left, centre, right or to both edges. The Compact spacing removes the empty space under short names while the buttons stay lined up. The title can show in full, never cut, and stock can show always ("In stock"), only when low, or never.
How a sold-out product looks is now chosen per card: a corner tag, a diagonal ribbon, a bar across the photo, a dimmed card or no change to the design, and the button says "Out of stock". The toggle in Categories now only moves sold-out products to the end. The editor in Products › Product cards is laid out in sections, with a preview of two of your own products on desktop and phone beside the settings. Your existing cards do not change.
New feature
Choose photo autoplay and hover zoom on the product page
Products › Product page has two new gallery settings. Change photos automatically decides whether the photos move on by themselves every 5 seconds, or only when the shopper moves them. Zoom on hover decides how far the photo under the mouse magnifies on a computer: None, Small or Large (as before). Both apply to bundle pages too.
We also fixed the autoplay: when a shopper picks a photo, the count starts again, so the gallery no longer jumps to the next photo a second after their pick.
Improvement
Icon actions and open-in-new-tab on the Products list
Rows in Products now show their actions as icons - pencil, box and bin - and a new arrow icon opens the product editor in a new tab, so your list stays where it was. The product's name and picture open the editor too. Archiving now asks for confirmation, just like deleting.
New feature
Annul a wrong invoice and issue a new one
An issued invoice can now be corrected. Annul and issue new annuls the wrong invoice, which keeps its number, and issues a new one under the next number. In the same window you fix the recipient's details or your own company's, and the customer gets the new invoice by email. Annul is for an invoice that should never have been issued. Every annulment comes with an annulment protocol for you to sign and keep.
Business clients' summary invoices are corrected the same way. You can take off an order that does not belong on the document, and the due date and the paid mark carry over to the new invoice. Goods notes are annulled and replaced too, each in its own series.
The new Orders → Invoices tab lists every invoice of the month: sent, not sent and annulled. From there you download, send again and annul, and you can save the month to Excel. Customers see in their account which invoice was annulled and what replaced it.
Improvement
SKUs can no longer repeat in your shop
Every SKU is now unique in your shop. Set a code another product or variant already carries and the save is refused, with the field naming who uses it and a link to it. On the Variants tab the cell turns red. The code of a product with variants is a shared parent code and may match another. In an import - a spreadsheet, a Shopify export or a whole site - a code another item already carries, or an earlier row of the file already has, is not written: the product is imported without it (an updated one keeps its old code), and the preview names the holder. After the import, the Done step lists those products under "Refused SKUs", each with a field for a free code.
New feature
Invoices are emailed to the customer
When you press Issue invoice, the customer gets the invoice by email straight away, as a PDF attachment in the invoice's language. You no longer have to send it by hand, and a buyer without an account in your shop receives it too.
On the order detail, the new Invoice block shows whether the customer received it: Sent with the address and the time, or Not sent when the email did not go out. Send again sends it once more, and if the customer's address is wrong you correct it in the same window and the new address is saved on the order. Invoices issued until now are not mailed on their own: you send them with Send to customer when you choose.
New feature
Split an order that does not fit Speedy's fiscal receipt
When Speedy issues the fiscal receipt (касов бон) for you, the receipt holds at most 20 lines - 19 products and the delivery. A cash-on-delivery order with more different products no longer gets stuck: before registering, Orders offers Split the order. You tick which products go to a new order, see what stays and what goes, with the discount split to the cent, and register the two orders separately.
The new order takes the next number, with no delivery charge - the second waybill is on you. A badge under the number links the two orders, and the customer gets an email that the order arrives in two parcels and what to pay for each. Reports count a split order once.
Improvement
Choose which part of a section photo stays in view
The «Section background» card has a new «Photo position» setting - Top, Centre or Bottom. The photo covers the whole section, so a portrait photo in a wide section shows only a strip of it; with Top the faces stay on screen. You find it in Content › Landing page (and on category pages), on banners and product blocks, under «Text tone». Sections where you choose nothing look exactly as before.
New feature
«Shop the set» and photo backgrounds for sections
The home page and category pages have a new «Shop the set» section: one bundle with its photo and numbered points, every piece with its own size and «Add» button, and the price of the whole set with «Add the set». Add it from Content › Landing page › Add section › Product sections (Pro plan and up; on category pages, Business and up).
Banners and product blocks can have a «Section background» - a photo behind the whole section, with a separate phone photo, text tone and veil - and banners a «Section title». A banner above a category's products can hide the category heading. The «Complete the set» block now takes its own heading per bundle: Bundles › Basics › On product pages › Block heading.
New feature
Review before payment with Speedy too
Review before payment with Speedy too. Settings › Couriers › Speedy now has an At the customer's door card: choose Review only or Review and test, and who pays the return if the customer refuses the parcel. On cash on delivery Speedy charges nothing for the review. To review orders paid by card or bank transfer as well, switch on Review on prepaid orders too - Speedy then adds €0.67 per parcel to the delivery price: the customer pays it when their delivery is at Speedy's price, you pay it with your own fixed rates or free delivery. Your waybills carry the choice, so there is nothing to set in MySpeedy, and your shop's Terms explain the review to your customers.
Improvement
A clearer review-on-delivery section in your terms
A clearer review-on-delivery section. If you've switched on "Review before payment" for Econt, the "Review and refusal on delivery" section of your shop's Terms has been updated on legal advice. It names Econt's "Review" and "Review and test" services, says there is no review at a parcel locker, and explains how a customer gets back money they paid straight to the courier: they write to you and you refund it within 14 calendar days. The text updates by itself. If you've edited your Terms yourself, you'll see a notice that the generated text changed.
New feature
A promises strip for your home page
Home page › Add section › Content sections now offers Promises - a strip of up to 5 short promises to your customers, each with an icon, a title and a second line: "Free delivery - on orders over €80", "14-day returns - no questions asked". On a computer they sit in one row; on a phone they swipe. If you already have trust badges under the buy buttons on the product page, one tap on Copy from trust badges starts you off with them. The texts are in every language of your shop.
New feature
Moving a shop over from CloudCart
If your shop runs on CloudCart, we now move it over almost as it is: products with every size, price, sale price and stock level, categories and collections, bundles at the same price, the homepage, the About, FAQ, Delivery and Returns pages, and every old address, which keeps leading to the same products. You also get a report of exactly what was moved.
Improvement
Faster full-site imports when you import again
Import full site now copies only the images it will actually write: those of the sections you pick, and with "Add missing" only those of the rows being created. An image an earlier import already copied into the shop is not downloaded again; it is counted apart as "already copied". So importing the same file again, say just for the home page and the blog, goes much faster.
New feature
Discounts show wherever the shopper sees a price
Discounts show wherever the shopper sees a price. Your automatic percentage promotions now show on product cards and the product page - the regular price struck through and a "−X%" tag. The Cart page, the small cart and the total on the cart button at the top of the shop show the order after every discount, the remembered discount code included - exactly what checkout charges. Each discounted product names the promotion that lowered it, and checkout marks a piece "Free" only for a buy X, get Y - a percentage discount no longer shows as a free piece. A product in several campaign categories gets the biggest of their discounts, and two promotions for different categories now both apply in one order. Business clients see their trade price in the catalogue and the cart once they sign in. Fast order is priced with the promotions too. And when a save in the admin makes a bundle no cheaper than its products bought separately (a new campaign, a new price), we tell you right away - the bundle stays active and you decide whether to change it. If you sell with quantity pricing, promotions, trade discounts and automated codes get a new Includes products with quantity pricing switch. It is off by default, existing promotions included: products with quantity pricing sell at their table price, without the discount. Switch it on and the discount cuts every row too, and the product page's quantity price table, the card's "from …/pc" line and the cart hints show each row after the discount, next to its struck-through price.
New feature
Numbered points on a bundle photo
You can now place each bundle piece's number on the bundle photo - "1" on the shirt, "2" on the jeans. Shoppers see the numbers on the photo on the bundle page, and tapping one takes them to that piece's size choice. The same numbers sit next to the pieces under "Choose options" and on their cards. Place them in Bundles › Images › "Points on the photo".
New feature
A bundle's pieces beside the buy button
A bundle can now show its other pieces on the page of every product in it - beside the buy button, each with a photo, its price, a size choice and an «Add» button, plus «Add the set» at the bundle price. Switch it on per bundle in Bundles › Basics › «On product pages». The «Complete the set» heading is renamed in Online store › Translations.
New feature
Filters in the page address and quick buttons above the products
A category page's filters and sort are now kept in the page address. A shared link, a bookmark or the Back button opens exactly the same products, and a banner can link straight to a filtered category, such as ?razmer=m.
The new "Quick buttons above the products" setting (Products › Categories › Default category view › Filters) shows the values of one of your filters, such as age, size or colour, as buttons under "Sort". One tap filters, and on a phone the row scrolls sideways. It is available on every plan.
New feature
Photos in the phone menu and the dropdown panel
Your menu can now show photos. For phones, turn on Photos in the phone menu in Online store › Navigation › Menu settings: a submenu where every category has an image shows as photo tiles, two to a row, with the name under each. If a category has no image, that submenu stays a list, and the preview tells you which one. On a computer, with the Panel - mega menu style, every top-level item with a submenu can carry up to 2 photos on the right of its panel - with a title, a second line and a link to a category, a page or a collection. Until you turn the photos on, your menu looks exactly as before.
Improvement
Free AI credit kept apart from the money you paid
The card on the AI Assistant page now shows how much of your AI allowance is free credit from us (the starter allowance and anything the ZweiHost team added). It is spent first, so the money you topped up is used last. If your free trial ends without a subscription and the shop is deleted, we refund your unspent paid money to the card that paid it before the deletion.
Improvement
A separate company address on your invoices
Your invoices can carry a company address that differs from your store address. Settings › Invoicing has a new Company address (for invoices) field. Fill it in if your company is registered at a different address - it is printed on invoices, summary invoices, goods notes and Приложение 18а documents. Leave it empty and documents keep using your store address, as before.
Improvement
A clearer refund total when you deduct
The "Accept and refund" window shows how the refund total is reached. Once you deduct a loss in value, the line under the total reads, for example, "€80.00 - deductions €30.00", so you see the full amount and the deductions before you refund. When the return comes from a withdrawal from the contract, the window also names the withdrawal under its title, for example "Withdrawal № 0042 · the goods are back".
Improvement
Safer sign-in to your admin
Safer sign-in to your admin. New passwords must be at least 10 characters - when you change it in My profile and when you set a password from an email link. Your current password keeps working until you change it. If you don't open the admin for 24 hours you are signed out automatically, and 7 days after signing in you sign in again with your password. The protection against password guessing now also stops attempts that change their address on every request.
New feature
Default box size for BOX NOW
Choose the BOX NOW box size. Settings › Couriers › BOX NOW has a new «Default box size» field: a parcel without dimensions goes in a box of this size, and the customer pays that size's price when you price BOX NOW by locker size. Change the size for a single order in the order itself or in «Register batch», before registration. Parcels you drop in an automat are now grouped as «Automat drop-off».
Improvement
See which bundles stop selling before you delete a product
When you delete a product (or several at once) or remove variants that are part of an active bundle, the confirm dialog now says which bundles will stop selling - each with a link that opens in a new tab. So you can check what they include and their price before you decide.
Improvement
A phone view in "Make it yours"
«Make it yours» now shows your shop as a phone would. Above the preview there is a Desktop / Mobile switch with the phone width (360, 375, 390 or 430 px), so from your very first settings you see the shop the way most of your customers will. The sample categories in the preview are now one row of three products with side spacing, and the strip above it is in your shop's language.
New feature
Everything new in ZweiHost on one page
Everything new in ZweiHost is now on one page: zweihost.com/en/changelog. New features and improvements are grouped by month, each with a short title and a note on what you gain, and every month opens with an "In short" list linking to each one. Every item has its own link you can share. If you use a news reader, you can subscribe by RSS.
Improvement
Your terms explain review on delivery
Your terms now explain review on delivery. When you've switched on "Review before payment" for Econt, your shop's Terms get a "Review and refusal on delivery" section by themselves. It tells the customer that on a refusal after review the delivery to them stays at your cost, who pays the return under your choice in Settings › Couriers, and what happens if the goods are non-conforming. If you've edited your Terms yourself, you'll see a notice that the generated text was updated.
Improvement
A clearer answer to what an online shop costs
The «How much an online shop costs in Bulgaria» article on the ZweiHost blog now answers the question in its first sentence: what a shop costs on a platform like ZweiHost and what it costs through an agency. Its FAQ has two new answers: «How much does an online shop cost?» and «How much does hosting for an online shop cost?». The pricing page now links to the article with a clear «How much does an online shop cost with an agency or another platform?» link.
Improvement
ZweiHost administrators need two-factor to reach your shop
ZweiHost's administrator accounts - the ones that look after the platform - can no longer reach your shop until they have two-factor authentication on. For an administrator with two-factor on, a stolen password alone is no longer enough to get to your data. For your own account two-factor stays optional - turn it on in "My profile".
Improvement
Shorter courier tabs in "Shipping & couriers"
The courier tabs in Settings › Shipping & couriers are about a third shorter - with the same settings. The account fields sit in one grid, and each field's explanation is behind the «?» beside its name. Payment methods are on one row, and the Readiness checklist sits next to the Save button. In the Delivery pricing card, Who pays the delivery and Free delivery form one table by payment method (one block each on a phone), and BOX NOW's locker-size prices are on one row.
Improvement
Square, larger photo on bundle cards
The photo on a bundle card is now square and larger. The old narrow frame cut off the top and bottom of the photo. A square photo (the size we recommend at upload) now shows whole on the Bundles page, in the product listing and in a customer's saved items.
New feature
Bundle items in different sizes and colours
Customers can now split the items in a bundle across sizes, colours and models. If a bundle holds a product set to «Any variant» with a quantity of 2 or more, say «T-shirt × 5», the customer picks 2 × S, 2 × M and 1 × L, in one colour or several. The same goes for a product from an option catalogue: five cases can be for two different phone models. It happens automatically, with no setting. The bundle price stays the same. The cart and the checkout show the split under the product, and in the order each combination is its own line.
Improvement
Edit a bundle straight from the cart
Customers can now change a bundle straight from the cart. A bundle where they chose a size, a colour, a model or a split of the items has an «Edit» button in the cart, at checkout and in the mini-cart. It opens the bundle page with the choices already made, and «Save changes» replaces the line in the same place, with the same number of bundles. If a combination has sold out since, the page says which one and its items go back to be split again. Until now the customer had to remove the bundle and add it again.
Improvement
Chat emails arrive in about 30 seconds
Chat emails now arrive much sooner. When a shopper writes to you, you get one email with all their messages about 30 seconds after the last one, including when they write again in the same conversation, not only the first time. The shopper gets your replies by email after about 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes, unless they already saw them in the open chat.
New feature
Speedy fiscal receipts recorded from the payout report
Speedy's касови бонове are recorded by themselves. When you upload the COD payout report from MySpeedy under Orders › "COD settlement", ZweiHost also records on each order the касов бон Speedy issued in your name - number, date and amount. The order's note says so, and in the "НАП audit file" orders without a document get their number without you typing it. After the upload, the screen shows only what needs you: a receipt typed by hand with another number ("Replace" or "Keep the typed one"), a number that is already on another order of the month, an order Speedy issued no receipt for, and a likely double receipt.
New feature
Review, test and SMS options for Econt deliveries
The Econt tab in Settings › Shipping & couriers has a new card - At the customer's door. Choose whether the customer may review the parcel (or review and test it) before paying, who pays the delivery and the return if they refuse it after review, and whether Econt texts them about the parcel (€0.11 per parcel). Econt gets your choices on every waybill - no need to set them in e-Econt. The trust badges' Use the recommended set button now offers "Inspect & test" only when your courier really does it.
New feature
Partial acceptance (Izbor) with Econt
Econt's At the customer's door card now has Partial acceptance (Izbor): the customer can keep only some items and pay just for them, and Econt returns the rest to you in a new parcel. The order shows a Partial acceptance (Izbor) block - you tick which units came back (often we tick them for you), and Confirm returned items puts them back in stock and makes the sale what was paid. Izbor applies to cash-on-delivery orders with more than one item and no delivery charge in the cash on delivery.
New feature
EU GARAN label for longer producer guarantees
A new «Guarantee» tab in the product editor: when the producer gives a free guarantee of durability longer than 2 years, enter the years, the brand and the model, and your shop shows the official EU GARAN label. Shoppers see it on the product page, directly above «Order» at checkout (fast order included), on bundle pages and in the order confirmation email.
New feature
The EU legal guarantee notice, shown automatically
Since 27.09.2026 every online shop that sells goods must show the official EU "Legal guarantee" notice. Your shop now does it for you: a link in the footer of every page, a link under the Place order button and under the fast-order button, and the order confirmation email carries the notice itself with a PDF copy attached. You don't need to do anything. If you sell to businesses only or sell no goods to consumers, you can switch it off in Online store › Legal pages › Legal guarantee by giving the reason - every change is recorded in the history there.
New feature
Expenses, profit and purchase orders on every Business plan
Expenses, Profit and Purchase orders are now in every Business and Enterprise plan.Reports › Expenses shows every cost in one place: delivery, card fees and your ZweiHost subscription appear by themselves, and rent, ads, packaging and everything else you add by hand, by category. A repeating expense is entered once. Reports › Profit shows income minus costs for the period - sales, delivery collected and income you add by hand, less refunds, the cost of goods, written-off stock and expenses - down to the profit and the margin, and every line opens to the orders or entries behind it. In Products › Inventory › Purchase orders you record your orders to suppliers, see what is on the way, and when the goods arrive the stock and the cost including delivery update by themselves. In the Inventory Settings tab the cost can also be kept by batch (FIFO): every delivery is its own batch at its own price, and sales use up the oldest first. The reports download as CSV or Excel.
New feature
Ship a multi-box order on one waybill
An order packed in several boxes now ships on one waybill with Econt, Speedy and Pigeon Express. Set the Number of packages on the order or when you register a batch - the courier prints a label for each package, the cash on delivery is collected once and the delivery price does not change. If the waybill already exists, change the number from Packages · Change while the parcel waits for the courier. A parcel to a locker stays one package.
New feature
Every delivered order in the НАП audit file
The НАП audit file now holds every delivered order. While your shop is in the alternative regime, Reports › НАП audit file also includes the orders recorded with a касов бон. For an order without a sale document, you enter the number and date of its касов бон in the new Orders without a document block. The file downloads once every order has a number. The page refuses a number that is already in the file, because НАП rejects such a file. A deadline that falls on a Saturday or Sunday is shown as the next working day. In Settings › Fiscal receipts, the Who issues the касов бон card says, for each way you take money, who issues the receipt and when. Documents for bank transfer, on-account payment and cash on delivery no longer carry a QR code: it stays only on the card-payment document. On request, ZweiHost can turn on a document for every order for your shop: every new order gets a numbered document when it is placed, cash on delivery included.
New feature
A contract withdrawals list under Orders
Withdrawals from the contract now have their own list: Orders → Contract withdrawals. The number beside the menu shows how many wait for a decision. From the expanded row you create the return in one click (statutory - your return policy's window does not apply), cancel an order that has not shipped, link a withdrawal to an order the customer could not find, or decline an item the law exempts (the customer gets an email with the reason). For a delivered order, when your self-service returns form is on, the customer can request the return themselves right after withdrawing. In Online store → Legal pages → Withdrawal from the contract the function can be switched off only with a declared reason, and every change stays in the history.
New feature
Withdrawn orders are flagged so they do not ship
An order the customer withdrew from now says so itself. In All orders its row carries a red "Contract withdrawal" badge, and the expanded order opens with a "do not ship this order" box - with the withdrawal's date and number, the refund deadline if it was paid, and a link to the withdrawal. If you still press Register with courier, you are asked first. Register batch skips such orders and says how many and why, and automatic registration never ships them on its own - so you don't pay a label and a return leg for an order the customer no longer wants.
New feature
Online contract withdrawal for your customers
Your shop now has the online withdrawal function the law requires since 24.09.2026 (Art. 52a of the Consumer Protection Act). The "Withdraw from contract here" link sits in the footer of every page and in the customer's account. The customer names the order and the goods and confirms, and at once gets an email confirmation with the date and time. You get an alert with the whole statement and a link to the order. There is nothing to set up - it works for every order, fast and imported orders included.
New feature
Withdrawal link in order emails and loss-of-value deductions
The contract withdrawal is now in every order email, and at inspection you can deduct the loss in value of returned goods. The confirmation, "We received your order request" and the tracking email carry the line "Changed your mind? Withdraw from contract here" instead of the return and cancel links. On a product or category you pick the Exception to the right of withdrawal (Art. 57) - for example pt. 3 for made-to-measure goods - and the customer sees it when withdrawing, while the decision stays yours. With Issue refund you add a deduction for handled goods with its reason, and can refund the delivery down to the cheapest standard delivery you offer. In English the Cancellations menu keeps its name; only the Bulgarian label changed, from «Откази» to «Анулирания», so it is not confused with «Откази от договора» (Contract withdrawals).
Improvement
Every order says whether to issue a fiscal receipt
Every order tells you whether to issue a касов бон. At the top of an expanded order there is now a note for every order, not only for card payments. A blue note says no бон is issued, and why - the sale document replaces it (with its number), the payment went by bank, or the cash on delivery was a postal money transfer. A note with an amber icon says you issue the бон from your own fiscal device, and why. For card payments the rule follows the documents switch in Settings › Fiscal receipts - it says the same there and on every courier's tab.
New feature
Two tabs in "Fiscal receipts" and a Приложение 33 alert
«Fiscal receipts» with two tabs, and a warning when your Приложение 33 changes. Settings › Fiscal receipts now shows, for each courier and for store pickup, who issues the касов бон for cash on delivery, bank transfer and card - you, the courier in your name, or nobody. The Приложение 33 declaration is now a second tab on the same page, more compact. Once you have filed it with НАП, press "I filed it with НАП": from then on, if anything in it changes - domain, payment methods, bank account, company details - you see exactly what changed and that it must be filed with НАП within 7 days.
New feature
Tell us whether you have your own fiscal device
An own fiscal device question in «Fiscal receipts». At the top of Settings › Fiscal receipts you answer whether you issue касови бонове from your own fiscal device for online orders. With "Yes" everything stays as it is. With "No" ZweiHost stops the payments that need a бон from your own device: "I issue it myself" on the couriers, cash at store pickup, and card while the shop is not in the alternative regime. Before you save "No", you see exactly what will switch off. If your shop already takes such payments, we pre-selected "Yes" - nothing has stopped, you only confirm the answer.
Improvement
First payment date and your agreed price in Billing
On "Billing & subscription" the date tile now shows when your first payment will be while your free trial runs ("First payment"), and your next renewal date after that. If you agreed an individual price with us, the tab shows that price - it is what you are charged from your next invoice, and any change to it also applies from the next invoice.
Improvement
Every order numbered automatically in the alternative regime
In the alternative regime every order gets its number by itself.A document for every order now turns on together with the alternative-regime sale documents (Приложение 18а): while the shop is in the regime, every new order - cash on delivery and bank transfer included - gets a numbered sale document, and its number goes into the monthly audit file you file with the tax agency (НАП). Only the exceptions, such as orders placed before it was on, are left in Orders without a document. If you turn the regime off, it turns off too. The date it applies from is under the switch in Settings › Fiscal receipts.
Improvement
Search products by name in bundles and promotions
You can now search products by name. In a bundle, open the product field and type part of the name - the list shows only the matches. The selected-products lists of a promotion and of a business client have the same search field. In a bundle the column names Product, Variants and Quantity sit once above the rows, so every row's fields line up.
New feature
Speedy COD payouts marked automatically
Speedy's COD payouts are marked by themselves. Every morning ZweiHost fetches Speedy's recent payouts and marks your cash-on-delivery orders as paid out - no report to upload. An order with a different amount shows under "Discrepancies", and parcels that are not from ZweiHost stay out of the way. Under Orders › "COD settlement" such lines are marked "automatic". Speedy's касови бонове still come only from the MySpeedy report, so if Speedy issues the receipt in your name, keep uploading it.
New feature
Upload Speedy's COD payout report
Speedy's COD payout report can now be uploaded. Under Orders › "COD settlement", pick Speedy and upload the report from MySpeedy exactly as you download it (an .xls file) - the orders Speedy has paid out to you are marked paid out, and amount differences and parcels without an order show under "Discrepancies". Econt's опис now uploads directly as .xls too, with no conversion. Drop the file on the box or pick it - the upload starts at once. If the file is another courier's report, not a payout report, or can't be read, the screen says why and nothing is saved. The "Courier status" card left the tab: delivery statuses still update automatically every 30 minutes, as before.
New feature
Stock losses report
A new Stock losses report in Reports. It shows what the stock you lost without a sale cost you - damage, losses and theft, expiry, samples and stock counts - by reason, by product and by month, so you can see at a glance if, say, losses are rising. Each loss is valued at the units' cost price when they were written off. Corrections, sales outside the shop and returns to the supplier are kept apart and never count as a loss. Every row opens its records in Write-offs, and the report downloads as CSV or Excel.
Improvement
Pick your чл. 3, ал. 17 answer in Приложение 33
On the Приложение 33 sheet (Settings → Fiscal receipts → Приложение 33) you now pick the „Да“ or „Не“ answer to the чл. 3, ал. 17 question in part 7 yourself, and it goes into the PDF for your accountant too. „Да“ is for a shop that issues Приложение 18а documents for card payments and files the monthly Приложение 38 XML file; „Не“ is for a shop that issues a fiscal receipt for card payments too. If you take only cards and bank transfer, the sheet suggests „Да“; if you also take cash on delivery or cash at pickup, you decide the answer with your accountant - the note under the row explains why.
Improvement
The AI chat on your website is off for now
The AI chat on your website is switched off for every shop for now. The name and greeting you gave it are kept. The Online store › AI Assistant screen now shows fully in your BackOffice language.

A new top bar in the BackOffice
The BackOffice has a new top bar above every screen. It holds the buttons you need everywhere: the language (BG / EN), the light or dark theme, «View site» and «Help». Until now they sat in the top corner of the menu, and «Help» was a menu item. The menu now holds only your pages, and the arrow button next to the ZweiHost name collapses it into a narrow strip of icons. On a phone, «Help» is at the top right, and the language, the theme and «View site» are at the top of the menu.
New feature
Customers pay Econt for delivery on receipt
With Econt the customer can now pay the courier for delivery directly, on receipt. Choose The customer - to the courier in Settings → Couriers › Who pays the delivery - for every courier on the Main tab or just on the Econt tab, separately for cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. The total to the shop is then the goods only, and checkout shows the customer Econt's delivery price (≈) and the total with delivery. You no longer collect, account for or pay out delivery money on those orders. If the customer refuses the parcel, Econt bills you for both legs, as with a refused cash-on-delivery parcel. Free delivery wins: from your threshold up, you pay. New shops start with The customer - to the courier, so for them it applies to Econt at once. In older shops nothing changes until you choose it.
Improvement
Free-delivery thresholds now sit on each courier
Your free-delivery thresholds are now saved in each courier's Free delivery row in Settings → Couriers, separately for cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. Nothing changes for your customers: delivery is free from the same amount as before. One difference: if your couriers had different thresholds, the "to free delivery" bar in the cart used to hide - it now shows the lowest of them.
New feature
Free delivery per payment method
Free delivery is now set per payment method - cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. In Settings → Couriers the new Free delivery card offers "No free delivery", "Free delivery" or "Free delivery over" an amount for each of them, and every courier's tab has the same row. You can, for example, give free delivery only to customers who pay by card. With "Free delivery" the customer never sees a delivery price, while you see what you paid the courier in the order. The "to free delivery" bar follows the chosen payment method. Your current threshold keeps applying - you see it on the courier tabs as "Free delivery over".
Improvement
Order import fills in missing customer details
The order import now fills in your customers' missing details: if a customer has no phone, name or address, they are taken from that customer's imported orders. Only empty fields are filled - nothing the customer already has is overwritten. Handy when moving from platforms like WooCommerce, which keep the phone only on orders.
New feature
Customers pay Pigeon Express for delivery on receipt
With Pigeon Express the customer can now pay the courier for delivery directly, on receipt, as with Econt and Speedy. Choose The customer - to the courier in Settings → Couriers › Who pays the delivery - for every courier on the Main tab or just on the Pigeon Express tab, separately for cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. The total to the shop is the goods only, and checkout shows the customer Pigeon's delivery price (≈), its cash-on-delivery fee included, and the total with delivery. New shops start with The customer - to the courier, so for them it applies to Pigeon Express at once. In older shops nothing changes until you choose it.
New feature
Customers pay Speedy for delivery on receipt
With Speedy the customer can now pay the courier for delivery directly, on receipt, as with Econt. Choose The customer - to the courier in Settings → Couriers › Who pays the delivery - for every courier on the Main tab or just on the Speedy tab, separately for cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. The total to the shop is the goods only, and checkout shows the customer Speedy's delivery price (≈) and the total with delivery. If Speedy issues the касов бон for you, the бон covers the goods only. Your Speedy contract must allow the recipient to pay the delivery. New shops start with The customer - to the courier, so for them it applies to Speedy at once. In older shops nothing changes until you choose it.

The AI helper in the Help Center is retired
The AI helper at the top of the Help Center has been retired. Every guide stays there, with search across their content. Your prepaid AI allowance is kept and never expires. While the AI chats are off, nothing is spent from it.
Improvement
Quantity field on the product page
Shoppers choose how many to add right on the product page. Above the Add to cart button there is now a Quantity field with − and +, where the number can also be typed - the button adds that many pieces, and Fast order orders the same quantity. The field is on for every shop. If you prefer the old button-only look, pick Button only in Products › Product page › Add to cart. Products with quantity pricing keep the field with that choice too.
Improvement
Remove a whole line from the checkout summary in one tap
In the checkout summary, every product and every bundle now has a trash icon. One tap removes the whole line, with all its pieces, on a phone and on a computer. A shopper who added 30 and changed their mind no longer taps "−" thirty times. "−" on the last piece still asks before removing the line, so it never happens by accident.
New feature
Sort the Products list
You can now sort the Products list. Pick Sort by above the list - by price, name, SKU or quantity, either way round. The sort covers your whole catalogue together with the filters and stays when you change page. Products with variants sort by their cheapest variant and total stock, which now also show on their row. The filter bar is tidier too: its columns line up, the switches share one line, and on a phone the fields sit two to a row.
Improvement
An error on one screen no longer leaves a blank page
If a BackOffice screen stops working because of an unexpected error, you no longer get a blank page. A "Something went wrong" card takes the screen's place and the menu stays, so you can carry on to another page. "Try again" reloads just that screen without repeating or undoing anything you already saved, and "Reload page" reloads the whole page. If the error comes from a BackOffice update that has just gone out, the card says so and offers a reload straight away.
Improvement
Easier-to-read notes in the help guides
The notes, tips and warnings in the help guides, and the notice under "Cancellation requests" that orders are waiting for your answer, have a cleaner look: a card with an icon beside the text, easier to read in the light and dark themes and on a phone.
Improvement
Card button beside the price with 4 products per row
On a computer, the product card's button ("Add" or "Select options") now sits next to the price even with 4 products per row, not only with 3 - the card checks for itself whether it fits, using each product's real price and label. On phones the cards look exactly as before.
Improvement
Type the quantity straight into the cart
The quantity of any product in the cart and in the checkout summary can now be typed straight in - for example 30, instead of tapping "+" 29 times. If a shopper types more than is in stock or than one line allows, the quantity is corrected on its own with a note saying why. On a phone, a line's "Remove" is a trash icon so the line fits the screen.
New feature
Hide category filters or put them behind a button
You now decide how your category filters look. In Products → Categories → View → "Open the editor", under "Filters", you can hide the filters (only "Sort" stays) or put them behind a button on a computer: instead of the sidebar the products take the full width, with a bar pinned under the menu above them - your subcategories as tabs, "Sort" and a "Filters" button that opens the filters from the right. The tabs appear for subcategories shown as "Chips". The new "Width" in "Grid and paging" runs the products all the way to the screen edges - with the same options as your home page sections. Each of these works for the whole shop or just one category. And on a phone the "Filters / Sort" bar now stays pinned under the menu while shoppers browse - in every shop.
Improvement
Clearer courier setup and a way to hide one for a while
Setting up a courier is clearer now. First you enter only the access data and connect the courier; only then do parcel handover, pricing and payment methods appear. There's no separate "Enable" step - once a courier is connected, has a price and your sender address is filled in, it's offered to your customers automatically. A new Hide toggle lets you temporarily take a ready courier off checkout (a lapsed contract, say) without deleting its settings.
Improvement
More compact fulfilment and pickup reminder settings
The "Shipping & couriers" settings are now more compact. The "Order fulfilment" and "Office pickup reminders" sections take about half the space: the shipping-policy fields sit side by side and the three reminders line up in a single row on desktop. Nothing changes in how it works - just a tighter layout you can take in at a glance.
New feature
Write your own delivery line under the price
You can now write the delivery sentence under a product's price yourself. In Products › Product page › "Delivery line" you set one line for the whole shop, in each language, e.g. "Made to order - ships within 9-15 working days.". A product with a different lead time gets its own line on its editor's "Basics" tab. Leave it empty and the automatic sentence naming your first courier stays. It is the same text as in Online store › Translations - change it in one place and the other follows, and your shop shows it as soon as you save. The full-site export now also carries your products' titles, descriptions and delivery lines in every language.
Improvement
Cleaner boxes in your customer emails
The boxes in the emails your customers receive have a cleaner look. The "How to pay" instructions, the parcel tracking number, the notice that a parcel is waiting at the office, and the quoted inquiry now sit in a white box with a thin border and rounded corners instead of a grey panel with a coloured stripe down the left, and their headings are blue. The text in them does not change.
New feature
Gallery product card layout
A new product card layout - Gallery. On a computer the card shows just the product photo; when a shopper points at it, the second photo appears and the name, the short description, the price and an add-to-cart button (or "Choose options") rise over the bottom of it. On a phone the name and price sit under the photo. The cards sit almost edge to edge. Pick it in Products → Product cards - for the whole shop or for one category - or press Customise to change it. The card layout editor also gains "On hover", "Description lines", "Minimal" spacing and "Second photo".
Improvement
Reword the free-delivery bar yourself
You can now reword the free-delivery bar's sentences yourself - in each language, in Online store › Translations (search for "free delivery"), just like the delivery line. They are "{amount} more for free delivery", "You have free delivery" and "Your total reaches {threshold} for free delivery". Your shop shows the amount still needed in place of {amount} and your threshold in place of {threshold}. The new wording shows in the cart, the mini-cart at the top right and the order summary.
New feature
Line indicator for the hero carousel
A new carousel indicator: Lines. In Content › Hero carousel the "Show dots" switch is now a "Slide indicator" choice: Dots, Lines or None. Lines draws thin white lines at the bottom right of the photo, with the current slide's line longer. It looks clean and suits fashion and jewellery shops. Your current setting is kept.
New feature
The Jost font and the Atelier pairing
A new font in Online store › Appearance: Jost - a clean geometric typeface with Cyrillic, selectable for headings, body text or both. There is also a ready-made Atelier pairing ("Refined & geometric") that uses Jost throughout - a good fit for jewellery, fashion and design shops. Jost can be offered in product personalisation too. Shops that do not use it download no extra font files.
New feature
Category circles section for the home page
A new home page section - "Category circles". Pick up to 16 categories and they show as round photos with their names; each circle opens the category's page. On a computer up to 8 circles sit in one row and more scroll sideways; on a phone they swipe with a finger. The rings around the photos use your shop's colours, and you can show the number of products under each name. The photo is the category's cover image, so give each category a cover. Add it from Content › Landing page › Add section › Category sections.
Improvement
Low-stock settings move to "Inventory"
The low-stock settings - the threshold and the daily email - now have their own page: Products › Inventory, the last item in the Products group of the left menu. They used to be the "Stock" tab of "All products". If a team member managed these settings, give them access to the new page under Settings › Users & access.
Improvement
Type quantities when editing an order
When you edit an order in Orders › To process, you can now type each line's quantity straight in, as well as using the − and + buttons. Handy when a customer asks for more pieces on the phone.
Improvement
Meta and Google Analytics count personalised products
Adding a personalised product to the cart now counts as "Add to cart" in Meta and Google Analytics, like any other product. Until now those adds did not show in your statistics or ads.
New feature
Photo mosaic and a sticky Add to cart on product pages
Your product page gets three new things. In Products › Product page, "Gallery on desktop" now also offers "Mosaic": on a computer every photo shows at once - the first large, the rest in pairs - and the column with the price and order button stays on screen while shoppers look. A section such as "Size guide" can also open from the size picker: set "Also opens from the picker of: Size" on the section and a link beside the picker shows it in a pop-up. And on phones, once a shopper scrolls past the order button, a bar with "Add to cart" stays at the foot of the screen - on for every shop.
New feature
Product page width
In Products › Product page, next to "Gallery on desktop", there is now "Page width" - with the same choices as the home page's section width: Container (as before), Wide, Full width (small inset) and Edge to edge. With the two full widths your product photos reach the edge of the screen while the text keeps its margin - for a more open, magazine-like look.
New feature
Quantity pricing by number of pieces
New on the Pro plan and above: quantity pricing. Lower the price per piece when a customer buys more pieces of one product - for example 1-4 pcs at €29.90, from 5 pcs at €27.90 and from 25 pcs at €24.90. Every size and colour of the product counts together, and you set the price breaks as a price per piece or as a percentage off in the product's Selling tab. On the product page the customer sees the "Price by quantity" table and can type how many pieces they want; the cart, fast order and your orders work out the price by themselves, and product cards can show the lowest price per piece. Promotions and business-client discounts (Business plan and above) apply on top of the quantity price, and the tables travel with the product export too.
New feature
Free-delivery progress bar and "Recently viewed"
If you set free delivery over an amount, your shop now shows shoppers how far they are from it - "€20.00 more for free delivery", with a bar that fills up. It appears in the cart, in the mini-cart at the top right on a computer and in the order summary. The amount is after discounts, as on the order itself. There is nothing to switch on - the bar appears by itself once there is a threshold. And under "Related products", your product page now also shows "Recently viewed" - up to 8 products the shopper opened last, so they can get back to them easily.
New feature
Stock write-offs with a reason in "Inventory"
You now know why stock went down. A new Products › Inventory › Write-offs tab keeps written-off stock with a reason - damaged, lost, expired, sample or gift, stock count, sold elsewhere, returned to supplier or a plain correction - with the units, the value, who and when. Write off takes units out of any product, after a count for example; filter by reason and period, download a file for your accountant, and undo a record if the units turn up.
New feature
Write-off reasons for products sold by catalogue
Products that sell by catalogue now record every stock decrease. When you lower the product's own stock or a model's in the Prices & stock table, saving asks one reason for all of them and the decreases are recorded in Products › Inventory › Write-offs. The bulk Sell by catalogue action first checks what goes down and asks one reason for all of it, and Write off also asks which stock the units leave.
New feature
Give a reason when you lower a product's stock
When you lower the stock in a product's Pricing & stock, you are now asked why - a correction, damaged, lost, expired and more - and the decrease is recorded in Products › Inventory › Write-offs. The same card lists the product's three latest write-offs, with a link to all of its records.
New feature
One write-off reason for a whole product import
When a product import lowers stock, the preview now shows which products and variants go down and by how much, and asks one reason for the whole file - a correction, damaged, a stock count and more. Each decrease is recorded in Products › Inventory › Write-offs, where you can see and undo it one by one. The same goes for a Shopify import with "update it in place".
New feature
Whole-site imports record the stock they lower
A whole-site import now records the stock it lowers. When a file imported with "Add missing" lowers a model's stock in the Prices & stock table of a product that sells by catalogue, the decrease is recorded in Products › Inventory › Write-offs as «Correction», from «Import › Full site», with who ran the import. If the units turn up, undo the record - they go back to the same row.
New feature
One write-off reason for all lowered variants
When you lower variant stock in a product's Variants table, saving now asks one reason for all of them - a correction, damaged, lost, a stock count and more - and shows which variants go down and by how much. Each decrease is recorded in Products › Inventory › Write-offs, where you can see and undo it one by one.
New feature
See-through header over the home banner
Your header can float see-through over the home banner. In Settings › Main › Logos pick "Header over the home banner": Light text for dark photos or Dark text for light ones. On your home page the header sits on the photo, the announcement ticker moves above it, and the header turns solid again as the visitor scrolls. Optionally upload a "Logo over the photo" - a light version of your logo shown only over the banner. Works with the "Classic Stacked" layout.
September 2026
New feature
A map to your shop for pickup orders
New: for "Pick up from shop" orders, the order-confirmation page now shows the shop's address on a Google map, so the customer can find the pickup location easily. It appears automatically once you have set a store-pickup address.
Improvement
Password and two-factor settings move to "My profile"
Password change and two-factor authentication moved from the Settings "Security" tab to a new personal page - "My profile", linked at the bottom of the left menu under your name. Your personal account settings are now one click away, separate from the shop's settings.
New feature
Colleagues and agencies in your BackOffice, by access level
New in Settings: "Users & access". Add colleagues or an external agency to your BackOffice - each with a role (owner, administrator or member) and, for members, an access level: a named bundle of pages that defines what they see and change. Create a level from a template (Marketing, Orders & delivery, Content) and fine-tune it page by page; changes apply immediately. Invitations arrive by email - nothing is shown on screen. Plans now include more users: Pro - 2, Business - 4.
Improvement
Clearer messages when managing users
Clearer messages when managing users. If you try to remove your own access, resend the invitation to someone who has already activated their account, or edit a colleague another administrator has just removed, the shop now shows an exact message instead of a generic error.
New feature
Video backgrounds in banner slots and the "Product Showcase"
Video backgrounds now reach more of your home page. You can add a YouTube or Vimeo link to a banner slot too - not just the hero - and that works on every plan; uploading your own MP4 file stays on the Business plan and above. And in the Product Showcase section, when a panel's background is a photo, on the Business plan you can now upload a short background video over it. Everywhere, your image stays as the poster and shows first on phones and on Save-Data, so the page stays fast.
New feature
Video backgrounds for the hero carousel and banners
New on the Business plan and above: video backgrounds. Upload a short video (MP4, up to 15 MB) as the background of a hero carousel slide or a home-page banner slot - it plays muted and looped behind your text. Your uploaded image stays as the poster and shows first on phones and on Save-Data, so the page stays fast. YouTube and Vimeo links for the hero remain available on every plan, as before.
New feature
Default courier and a notice on the checkout page
You can now set a default courier that arrives pre-selected on the checkout page (Settings › Shipping & couriers) - customers save a click and can still pick another. We also added a checkout page notice (Content › Announcement bar): a short message with an icon above the checkout form, to highlight a promotion, campaign or important info - translatable per language.
New feature
Check courier prices from the product editor
A new quick check in the product editor: on the "Shipping & returns" card, press "Check courier prices" to instantly see what shipping this item would cost with each of your connected couriers - to office, to locker and to address. The price is the same anywhere in Bulgaria, so no customer address is needed. It helps you set the right margin before the item goes on sale. (For products with variants the check is not available yet.)
All of this is in your shop from day one
New features reach every shop automatically - no upgrade to install and no fee for updates.
