You pay one fixed monthly fee for your plan - from Solo for a first shop up to Enterprise for the largest volumes. Hosting, your domain, support and every feature in the plan are included. There is no setup fee and no separate maintenance bill.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in euro and exclude VAT. VAT is added separately on the invoice according to your registration.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. Zero commission on sales and zero fee on cash on delivery. The courier and the card processor charge their own fees directly, with no markup from us - you pay whatever you agreed with them.
Do I pay to move my existing shop over?
No. Moving your shop is included in every plan - there is no migration fee. We move your products, categories and photos within 3-5 working days: for most Shopify and WooCommerce shops you do nothing, and for the rest you send us one export from your current platform. Your customers and orders move only when you go live, and your trial starts on the day you receive your shop.
How much does the annual plan save?
The annual plan is paid up front and works out two months cheaper than the same plan billed monthly - you pay for ten months and use twelve.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
There is no contract and no minimum term on the monthly plan - stop whenever you like and you are billed to the end of the current period. The domain is yours and leaves with you.
