Address, office or locker

Pigeon Express delivers to an address, to an office and to a locker, so you cover all three habits of the Bulgarian shopper with a single courier. At checkout the customer picks whichever suits them, and your shop is not tied to one network. For you that means more completed orders and fewer carts abandoned over a missing delivery option.

In practice the three modes do not compete, they cover different orders. Address wins for bulky or expensive goods, where the customer wants the parcel in hand. Office is the cheapest option and works for anything carryable. A locker is for the customer who cannot wait at home and would rather drop by when it suits them.

Because one courier covers all three, you do not need to add a second just for the collection method. It also simplifies checkout: the customer picks where to receive the parcel, rather than choosing between couriers first and methods second.

Live rates and cash on delivery

The delivery price is calculated live by Pigeon Express against the weight and the route, so the customer sees the exact amount at checkout and you are not guessing a markup. Cash on delivery is built in: the amount is collected on delivery, and the payouts are reconciled against the orders in the admin automatically, with no spreadsheets to check by hand.

A live price means the customer sees the exact amount for their own parcel and address, not an approximate tariff. For you it removes the most tedious compromise in delivery: no “just in case” markup that overprices small parcels, and no losses on underpriced large ones.

For cash on delivery there is one detail with tax significance. Pigeon Express collects real money on delivery, but it is not in the register of operators licensed for postal money transfers - so its receipt does not stand in for the fiscal one, and documenting the sale stays your obligation. Bulk tracking for your parcels

The waybill with the address, the weight and the cash-on-delivery amount is generated on its own with the order, and labels print in batches. ZweiHost pulls the statuses of all parcels from Pigeon Express in bulk, so orders move from «Accepted» to «Delivered» without you opening the courier’s site. You see at a glance what is in transit, what is at an office and what is delivered.

Bulk tracking earns its place exactly when the shop takes off. At three parcels a week you open the courier's site; at thirty a day you do not, you want the orders to move on their own. So statuses are pulled in batches and the order moves with the parcel, without you reconciling anything.

The cash-on-delivery payout is reconciled separately, on its own schedule, so you see which amounts have actually been transferred rather than only which parcels were delivered. One thing does not come from the admin: a reverse waybill for a customer return. Returns are arranged with the courier, which is normal, but worth knowing if you expect them often.

Connecting takes minutes: open the delivery settings, pick Pigeon Express and enter the credentials from your own Pigeon Express account. Then switch on the delivery methods - address, office, locker - and, if you like, keep Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW as extra options. If you don’t have an account yet, signing up is quick, and until then you try the whole flow in test mode.

The contract and the rates are yours. The integration uses the prices you agreed with Pigeon Express, so any discount you win stays with you - the platform does not negotiate on your behalf and does not add a markup on top.
