Default courier and a notice on the checkout page

You can now set a default courier that arrives pre-selected on the checkout page (Settings › Shipping & couriers) - customers save a click and can still pick another. We also added a checkout page notice (Content › Announcement bar): a short message with an icon above the checkout form, to highlight a promotion, campaign or important info - translatable per language.
