Two tabs in "Fiscal receipts" and a Приложение 33 alert

«Fiscal receipts» with two tabs, and a warning when your Приложение 33 changes. Settings › Fiscal receipts now shows, for each courier and for store pickup, who issues the касов бон for cash on delivery, bank transfer and card - you, the courier in your name, or nobody. The Приложение 33 declaration is now a second tab on the same page, more compact.
