Choose at sign-up whether we call you

The Start page now has an «I would like a call» switch. It is off by default: if you only want to look around your shop, no phone is needed and nobody calls you. Turn it on and we call you within 1 working day to help with the setup. When you move an existing shop the phone stays required, because a move usually needs a short call.
