A bundle in an order is one line with its pieces under it

A bought bundle now shows as one line in the order, in the customer's account and in the order emails: its name, how many bundles were bought and its price, with the pieces' separate total struck and the saving. Its pieces sit under it with their size (and, in Orders, their stock), with no price, because a piece's share of the bundle price tells you nothing. In Orders a bundle is removed whole with its own trash icon, after a confirmation, and the arrow hides its pieces. The same bundle bought twice with different sizes stays two separate bundles.
