The bar, menu labels, cookie banner and newsletter pop-up in the editor

The announcement bar, the menu labels, the cookie banner and the newsletter pop-up are now set up in the Site editor, in the "Store" scope. The preview shows your real site with the changes, and the banner and the pop-up stay open on it while you set them up - no waiting for the delay, and no choice recorded. Changes go into the draft, and shoppers see them when you press "Publish".

The old screens keep the rest: "Checkout notice" (the former announcements screen), the product badges in Badges, the theme in Appearance, and the subscribers and campaigns in Newsletter. Team members who had access to those screens now have the editor too.
