Shorter courier tabs in "Shipping & couriers"

The courier tabs in Settings › Shipping & couriers are about a third shorter - with the same settings. The account fields sit in one grid, and each field's explanation is behind the «?» beside its name. Payment methods are on one row, and the Readiness checklist sits next to the Save button. In the Delivery pricing card, Who pays the delivery and Free delivery form one table by payment method (one block each on a phone), and BOX NOW's locker-size prices are on one row.
