Default box size for BOX NOW

Choose the BOX NOW box size. Settings › Couriers › BOX NOW has a new «Default box size» field: a parcel without dimensions goes in a box of this size, and the customer pays that size's price when you price BOX NOW by locker size. Change the size for a single order in the order itself or in «Register batch», before registration. Parcels you drop in an automat are now grouped as «Automat drop-off».
