Low-stock settings move to "Inventory"

The low-stock settings - the threshold and the daily email - now have their own page: Products › Inventory, the last item in the Products group of the left menu. They used to be the "Stock" tab of "All products". If a team member managed these settings, give them access to the new page under Settings › Users & access.
