Customers pay Pigeon Express for delivery on receipt

With Pigeon Express the customer can now pay the courier for delivery directly, on receipt, as with Econt and Speedy. Choose The customer - to the courier in Settings → Couriers › Who pays the delivery - for every courier on the Main tab or just on the Pigeon Express tab, separately for cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. The total to the shop is the goods only, and checkout shows the customer Pigeon's delivery price (≈), its cash-on-delivery fee included, and the total with delivery. New shops start with The customer - to the courier, so for them it applies to Pigeon Express at once. In older shops nothing changes until you choose it.
