Dashboard analytics

Read the charts on your dashboard - revenue, margins, ROI, orders, bookings, registrations, logins and more, over any date range.

Your dashboard (the home page) shows how customers are engaging with your business over a date range you choose - as headline numbers (KPI cards) and charts over time.

Choosing a period

Top-right, pick a period with the quick presets (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year) or set exact From and To dates. It defaults to the last 30 days. Each number shows an up/down arrow versus the previous period of the same length.

What it shows

  • Revenue - realised sales (cancelled orders excluded), in your base currency.
  • Margin & ROI - profit after cost. Requires you to set a cost on your products (see Products). Items with no cost set are excluded from margin.
  • Orders - order count over time, a breakdown by status and by device (mobile/tablet/desktop).
  • Bookings - bookings over time (if you use the bookings add-on).
  • Inquiries - from your contact form.
  • Traffic - page views from your visitors (anonymous, cookie-less; respects Do-Not-Track), including a breakdown by language and by device (mobile/tablet/desktop).
  • New customers & logins - customer-account registrations and logins (if you use customer accounts).
  • AI assistant - tokens used (if you use the AI assistant).

A chart only appears when its add-on is enabled for you. With no relevant add-ons, you'll still see inquiries and your account context.

Next step

If you run ads, the campaign report shows which ones actually made money - it's the next article. Otherwise what's left is account admin: see Billing & subscription.
